MahaRERA welcomes you to provide us source information (SI) about a Real Estate Project, under construction. This service is free of cost.
Anyone who feels, a particular real estate project, ought to have been registered under MahaRERA, but is not registered, can give us information in this section. Please check HERE to find whether the project is already registered. If you find this project has been registered, then you need not provide us source information.
In this source information section, kindly give as much information as possible, to enable us to locate the Project, call the promoter and investigate as why he has not registered.
Once you finish with the information, it will generate a SI number. Please preserve this for future enquiry.
You will be able to view status of our investigation. You may call us any time on our Helpline, if you feel so. Kindly keep your SI number handy.
