Registration of real estate agent is completely online process in MahaRERA. Refer the key information given below to apply for registration of real estate agent:-

  • Create agent account on the MahaRERA portal.
  • Login into registered account and provide information in various section of the agent registration form.
  • Upload mandatory documents.
  • Accept the declaration and proceed for the online Payment using preferred method of payment.
  • After successful payment, application number will be generated which can be used to track status of scrutiny.
  • To expedite the approval process, keep track of your application and adhere to the scrutiny comments.
  • After approval of authority certificate of registration and registration number will be generated. Certificate can be downloaded by login into Real Estate Agent’s account.

Real estate agents can submit a request for correction of their digitally signed registration certificate through the MahaRERA portal by paying the necessary fees.
